Making New Memories In Old Homes

The EM Group is headed up by Erin Myers, originally from the Tidewater area of Virginia. She moved to Richmond in her teens to study Architectural History at VCU, where she was awarded incredible opportunities like traveling to Qatar to present at an international symposium, and  working as an archivist at The Library of Virginia.  After graduating and working across a few industries ranging from fine art sales, to risk management services for Real Estate Developers, to eventually working in healthcare, she relocated to Nashville for a role in the Medical Sales Industry.  Having lived out of a suitcase for 5 years, she decided to hang it up and put her skills to work locally here in Music City as Realtor®. Though each industry presented new challenges, Erin's ability to adapt to different circumstances has been one of her main strengths in each industry and in her foray into real estate.

While experienced in all areas of Residential Real Estate, she loves to put Architectural History knowledge and preservation skills to the test by helping clients interested in buying, selling, and preserving old homes in Nashville. 

When not out selling homes, you can find her working on home and garden projects in East Nashville's Shelby Hills in her 1920's Bungalow.
